1. Free Trial
TradeDupe offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be collected. The trial serves as your opportunity to determine if TradeDupe is right for you.
2. Subscription Payments
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). By subscribing, you authorize TradeDupe to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
3. No Refunds on Subscription Fees
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once a billing cycle begins, you will not receive a refund for that period, even if you cancel before the cycle ends. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.
4. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your subscription plan mid-cycle, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. Any difference in price will be applied as a credit toward future charges. Cash refunds are not issued for downgrades.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount), please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund for the erroneous amount.
6. Service Outages
In the event of a significant platform outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours due to issues within TradeDupe's control (excluding third-party services such as Tradovate or payment processors), affected users may request a pro-rata credit applied to their next billing cycle. Credits are issued at TradeDupe's discretion and must be requested within 7 days of the outage.
7. Trading Losses
TradeDupe is a software tool that facilitates copy trading. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of trading performance. Refunds will not be issued for trading losses, unfavorable market conditions, execution delays, slippage, or any other outcome resulting from the use of the copy trading functionality. All trading activity is conducted at your own risk.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting TradeDupe support first, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated. We encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any billing concerns before taking external action.
9. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
